My top 5 8-bit video games

From spending my entire childhood searching mario’s princess to winning over the boss in karateka I have played tons of 8bit games. However I thought of listing the top 5 greatest of all time you too can share your Top 5 favourite list of 8-bit games. Here are mine:
1. Mario – This I guess might be top of most peoples list as Mario was an epic 8bit game. Tell me whomsoever completed this game?
2. Goal 3 – One of the most interesting soccer game with power blast kicks based on countrywise teams
3. Karateka – This was one real good martial art 8-bit game way back in the day. The Tata Sky version Kombat fighter is a throwback to Karateka to me.
4. Road fighter – With skills to maneuver small lanes I enjoyed Road fighter as the top car game
5. Street Fighter – I have always been a versus game fan and street fighter tops my list in versus game.

There was a really good action side scroller, with three playable characters, a huge macho guy, a smaller one in blue costume, and the third one was in white. The player has to fight across the street and save some chick at the end of the game...anyone remember the name?

Almost all of the above and *DRUM ROLLS* Hotline Miami. This game is AWESOME, has some bugs and problems with Steam but worth every second and the $5 I paid for it ^_^

I think it was SD figther the huge macho guy was hagar and the one in white was Cody forgot the third guy's name
