finally my 12 exams are over ,was not so good....so i am 50-50 on buying my first gaming pc....just bcz of my exams it is 50-50

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans:ashes cricket,wwe 13 ,crysis 3,ac3,etc all at high settings

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans:25k to 28k

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans:no

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans:7

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans:already have 80 gb hdd ...will upgrade in future

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans:15.6 inch 1366x768 and sometime on 32 inch tv

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans:cabinet,speaker,keyboard,hdd,

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans:april 1

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans:no

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans:locally,patna

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans:just need processor,mobo,gpu,psu,ram(don know anything about ram).......i will not upgrade for 5 years ......so suggest accordingly .....want to buy 7850 2gb and can also extend budget for that....but not willing to invest much because of my bad exams....my optical drive doesnt have any sata port ,it is old ...can my pc run without optical drive?.....also my power on and restart connectors are different its all in one ...do i need cpu fans?

You can use a pc without an optical drive...

Ventilation is poor in that cabinet if you are planning to use a 7850...

Not sure about the wires of those buttons to the mobo...

P.S. Those power buttons stop functioning after some time... My friend has one and hence i am aware of it... I had helped him a bit... He uses such an arrangement now for the power button... Just check the pic...

Better would be changing the cabinet...

for core i3 a H61 mobo is enough and if Op is getting a B75 mobo then look for ASUS P8B75-M LX and for gfx card it's better to stick with brands like Asus, MSI, HiS or Sapphire.

Better would be changing the cabinet...

ya ya....there should be a connector whcih connect mobo...which is the cable
