hi... pls help me.... my ipod is not working... any software or programs to detect the problem?... when i am trying 2 play a song its indicator is blinking... when its connected 2 PC its going 2 hang on. whats the problem?..

what is blinking?? as far as i know...nothing can "blink". if you can give a more detailed discription... dont use 3rd party softwares as the warranty gets void. try the 5 R's on the apple site. are you sure you have USB 2.0? my ipod used to crash when i connected to my comp because i had USB 1.0.
