My HP Printer doesnt print cyan or yellow

I have a HP Deskjet 720C color printer. It has been unused for a long time now.

So I purchased ink and refilled the black, cyan and yellow inks as there was still magenta ink in there.... I am sure I have followed instructions correctly. However, now whenever I print yellow or cyan, it just prints another shade of majenta.... I tried shaking up and down the cartridge, but I can see only majenta ink coming out of the nozzle..... i.e. on the cartridge header

Any tips will be appreciated....

you use a refill...
have u use it before and it works?
if not use it before then one can buy a cartridges for it
since it has been unused for quite sometime..you need to clean it up..
blow away them dust and wipe out the dirt and also use the printer software tools for cleaning the nozzle and etc etc...
