Why So Serious ???
You are using a very bad SMPS...
1. What exactly is the text you get in the BSOD ?
2. Was it working before ?
3. If yes then for how many years ?
4. Whats the age of your SMPS ?

I bought this PC recently , just 2 months ago.........
and at the first time itself this blue screen appears

the BSOD says some technical error , and "" if problem continues please disable or remove any newly installed hardware "

but pc is new and i cant remove the whole thing.....

it isnt the psus fault i had a gt210 (similar to that 9400gt) with my present config (except hd 6770 ofcourse) and it served me well for a year!
the card probably has some bad ram chips or is overheating...

iball SMPS are very very cheap...Change the PSU first thing. You never know when they damage your components. Even though iball rates the PSU say at 400 watts... its actually not capable enough of delivering that much of wattage.
