Help needed in Buyout plan for next week

My requirements include, watching movies, able to run my heavy office applications if I install. I am not a overclocker and my system is not going to change for long anytime.
I have to buy whole new system. I am trying to keep my CPU budget within 25-30K

GPU
As per suggestions from desibond and sagargv and doing a little checking on graphics card I shorted down on 8600GT from eVGA/Palit and MSI
exact model Palit 8600GT Sonic Edition 256MB DDR3
eVGA GeForce 8600GT HDCP 256 MB DDR3
MSI NX8600GT - 512 MB DDR3 - quoted price @lynx-india is 4200
I am really not sure if the MSI is really 512 MB DDR3, so if anyone can confirm my doubt

Mobo+Proccy
e7200/e8400 + abit IP35
looking a mobo to lower my budget which works good with e8400, otherwise I get e7200 with abit

WD/Segate 250 GB SATA or WD 640 SATA(real value for money in the big size) - will take it on as per the budget and my thinking of lowering my total

SATA DVD Burner - Sony/Asus/Samsung. ASUS with Lightscribe is in 1400. need to know normal without LightScribe's price. And need to know how good really Asus would be by paying extra bucks because people mostly recomend

2GB DDR2 RAM single stick = 2K not going with 4GB need to keep my budget in control.

Case and PSU i like Zebronics Reaper model do not know its price.
Cooler Master 330 Elite with standard 390W PSU comes in 3100 from SP Road and the shopkeeper said if I went for 460W Extreme Power just he will take the extra price difference in 390 and 460.

UPS
its buggy decision as APC is overpriced mostly
800VA APC is 5K on the otherhand 1KVA Microtech is in 3K and 650VA APC.

TV Tuner Card whatever comes best upto 3K
2.1 speaker, I have decided on Altec Lansing BXR1121 again to keep the total in cotrol. Suggest any other low budget 2.1 speakers. Generally speaking if I would have paid more then could have thought of good 5.1 speakers.

Also tell me if I am missing anything.

acewin, i dont know but i think u r my long lost brother. Your layout of problems is neat. Your choice of components is EXACTLY like mine. Bhagwan kare humara ekbar mulakat ho :p

I am also looking for upgrade solutions. Here's my suggestions ---
Proccy: Intel C2D E8200
Mobo: Abit IP35-E or better still MSI P35 Neo Combo (its got DDR2 + DDR3)
GPU: People recommended Palit 8600GT Sonic Edition 256MB DDR3. I am also looking at MSI NX8600GT, N9600GT; and ASUS EN9600GT.
RAM: Go for 2X1GB DDR2 Transcend or Kingston (since budget is tight)
