the software you mentioned are all graphical and could leverage the advantage of graphics cards.
there was a sweet sweet deal of amd a8 dual graphics, 1tb hdd Samsung model near 32k on flipkaet. search for it. you'll not regret. they're definitely better than i 3.
otherwise go for vaio fit i5 and forget the confusion.
