As for the gpu, get the Zotac 750ti for 11k on flipkart. its better than both the cards you've stated

you already bought it in several months ago and want to compare two of them now? are you planning a crossfire with that crappy psu?
first thing you have to do
1) thank god. because he helped you to run your gpu on a crappy psu.
2)change the psu to a better one asap
3)be happy with what you have got. sit,play and rest.

Though you have not posted your complete pc config get Cx600v2 is Ok but better would be Seasonic Eco 500 as the same price.
