Motion capture software

I need a screen motion capture software to record videos showing some troubleshooting.
I need a software for this. It should be compatible with xp & vista.
Free is preferred.

Try Wink, its a feature rich, light weight one. Yes its a freeware

hehehe. . . . does anybody has an idea to record music from screen saver as well as from keygens.

^ for that you have to record the sound that is playing on your PC. Google on how to do that.

I had tried Wink few years ago.. It has good features considering it's free.
