BIOSTAR TA785G3 HD supports 125W cpu
check the site

nope. it supports 140W proccy. u may mistake it for the Biostar TA785G A3. i check biostar site, newegg & even Lynx India. it supports 140W proccy. it have Samsung 128Mb DDR3-1333 sideport memory. IGP OC'ble to 820Mhz (though u'll not need it). only thing i not like it its uses electrolyte caps. whereas others use solid caps. i not think its that much a bad thing & mobo wil work just fine for long time.

i suppose ECS A785GM-M is good
its price is also 4.8k

its good too. i mean if u OC your proccy. want support for 1600Mhz+ rams, then consider ECS. else get Bio.

i wil suggest u try & go for PowerColour HD5770 1GB GDDR5 V2. or Sapphire HD5770 1Gb. not the Vapour X. they do better cooling but add a price tag of 12k for which u wil end up getting a HD4890. which is faster than a HD5770 anyday.

its ok. i not give the Biostar TA785G A3 much preference cause it have only 2 Dimm Slots. & not recommended at all if u building a Gaming Rig.

Is DH55TC gud board in budget of 6k?

if u a simple, no OC'ble board with no features. then its good buy. though H55 board from other manufacturers like ECS or AsRock wil cost around same only but with much better quality & features. i not mentioned Asus & Gigabyte cause they wil ask for a premium of ~8k or maybe more.

is it worth to wait for AMD 890GX Chipset based mobos to appear freely in the market?

if u want USB 3.0 native support. Sata 6Gbps & a better IGP than present generation board, then its worth. else i suggest save your money & get a cheap sub 5k board based on AMD 770G, 785G, 790X or 790GX. no need to go 8-series way.
