Motherboard Selection

Guys please help me out with the selection of motherboard of the 2 i mention here..

1) Gigabyte GA-880GM-USB3 Motherboard

OR

2) MSI 790GX-G65 Sideport Memory

u r free to suggest other motherboards compatible with phenom ii and core i5..
please do take note that..my budget for motherboard(solely) is max. 8k

you do know that the motherboards mentioned in your post are only for amd?
i would suggest Gigabyte GA-880GM-USB3

As the chipsets of phenom II & core i5 1st gen/2nd gen are different, you will need different motherboards. So, which one do you want?
Please also mention if you choose i5, then which gen processor are you using(will you use)?

If you are going with AMD and planning to get BD cpu and make a multi gpu setup then opt for MSI 990FXA-GD65 which is around @~9.5k and has supports 2 way CF and SLI both

IF you are getting SB cpu then opt for Gigabyte GA-Z68MA-D2H-B3 @~9.5k - this one also supports 2 way CF and SLI
