motherboard cpu combo suggestion

i am planning to purchase cpu+mobo and need suggestions from you guys..
primary use will be cuda programming, little games, rendering and photoshop stuff..

what i am currently looking is,
i5 4670 3.4 GHz please suggest me a good h87 motherboard (someone suggested me intel zh87rl @7k), GPU (under 10k) and PSU..
am going with corsair 8gb ddr3..

or should i go for amd 8320 for around 10k..

and also will Hyper TX3 EVO be necessary with this specs..

if gaming is your priority and you are not going to OC then stick with the suggested intel config and for PSU look for Seasonic S12II 520W. TX3 Evo is good but 212 EVo is better for 800 bucks extra.

i wont be overclocking.. will the choice of motherboard matter i.e i should buy h87 msi/gigabyte or stick to intel zh87rl.. i am planning to add 950ti so 212 evo is a necessary addition or is it optional..
