most effective cheap power supply and atx

hey guys,
i am assembling a new computer,everythings going smoothly except the power supply,i tried to search for a dealer that sells good quality antec and zalman power supplies,but all i found were the following:
Smart 500W
Huntkey 550W
ORiend supply 450W
Apolo 420W
Jatek/smart/computer one 400w

their are also a number of different fans for case available,should i stick to the stock or get some cooler master fans?

there are also a great variety of cabinets available,which one is good in looks and also quality?thanxxx in advance

i use antec sonata, its rock solid, black beauty, and top of all its dead silent. u can chek it out

huntkey is supposed to be ok,and just get a normal atx with some cool LED lights,much better value for money
