most economical printer

what is the most economical printer to buy and run.

please suggest between canon hp and epson. and if possible please let me know the cost of catridge and how many pages it prints in normal mode. (not draft mode)

CANON iP1500 -- a very economical at pricing a good quality printing very cheap cartridige and overall 5/5
pricing: rs.2150/-
can print 80-90 pages at normal print...
cartridge:black:rs.250 original rs.40/- compatible
coloured:rs.450/- original and 100/- compatible

prints good quality pics and is very fast around 16ppm at high quality mode
