monitor fluctuation

i have nvidea geforce 84oo gs. I recently updated my driver with latest 169.25. From that time taking 1-2 minute bracke my monitor fluctuate.
i have a HCL branded system. my monitor supports resolution 1280*1024@60 Hz.
what is the problem here?

i had 169.21 it did little fluctuating when windows starts

the driver has some problem

just rollback to more stable driver

Is that the kinda fluctuation with lower refresh rate. Some drivers shows more at 60Hz, nd some are ok. Why i dun know[no technical reason].

Increase your refresh rate to 70Hz or more.
If the problem is still there, then roll back the driver.

its not refresh rate problem

i have seen those fluctuations at 1280*1024 @ 75 hz

its a driver problem
