MODIFY WIN XP TASK BAR

how can i change the task bar of xp like the start button if at all i change it is there any site providing cool images for the task bar, i ve just seen one black colored good looking task bar on posts and gone crazy to get a similar one ... all the problem is i am not able to create a bmp image with 4 bit dept on photoshop cs wich can only be used as image

i am using pe explorer is there any better one to edit resorces ? if so i would be happy to hear

hmm
well to change task bar AND start button
i suggest u use a theme manager .. like styleXP and use anythime u want
u can customise every aspect of it ofcourse

another way is to get STYLEBULIDER by tgtsoft ... same ppl who gave us styleXP
its used to create themes
so u can edit ur start button and use it thru this

i use resource hacker ..
theres another one ..r esource EDIT or something like that ...
anyways .. i forgot the file which contains the start button !! its not in shell32 .. i just checked. . will look again !
