MOBO+RAM+PROCCY for 22K

I am having
AMd phenom 940 + MA790GP-UD4h + 4GB DDR2 ram [ giving it to my friend]

Already i have GTX 260

So need mobo,proccy & RAM

Upgrading only for gaming


AMD phenom 2 X4 955 + ASUS M4A88TD-V EVO/USB3 + 4GB DDR3 1333

(or)

Core i5 750 + Mobo in confusion ??? + 4GB DDR3 1333

Should settle with in 22K !!

Advice needed ??

For gaming, no doubt Jas suggested best config within budget. But if you want fair performance in all kind of applications like Editing, Rendering and gaming, AMD Phenom II X6 1055T is also a good option. It also enables you to get an USB3+SATA3 mobo, great value for money.

Here goes my suggestion :-

Phenom II X6 1055T 2.8GHz @ 9.6k
MSI 880GMA-E45 @ 5.8k
2 X 2 GB Kingston 1333 MHz c9 DDR3 @ 4.6k

Total 20k + 4% vat = 20.8k

Verified from MSI site, the suggested mobo is having both SATA 3 and USB 3, So a great board. With the extra money, you can get some cooling stuff.
