mobo + cpu + graphic card in 10k

Ok here's the deal. my friend wants to upgrade his old pentium 4 1.6GHz so that his son can play fifa on it. He uses his pc strictly for autocad 2000 (old software) & nothing else. I suggested him the following config which is in his budget (10000/- strict)

Athlon II X2 250 @ 3245
ASUS M2N68-AM PLUS @ 2330
ASUS Radeon HD 4670 @ 3970

Total comes to 10k approx. Is this okay?

PS: He already has 4gb ddr2 ram so i thought that will do for now!

Looks good for the budget!!But do you know who handles the RMA for ASUS at your place?
If its RASHI peripherals then be very cautious & careful.
