Mobiles with Offline GPS navigation - Pls suggest

I already owned an LG optimus one which is having inbuilt Offline GPS navigation system - Ndrive. Now, I want another phone preferably low cost with the Offline GPS navigation

Lava A10 is having Map My India Offline GPS navigation.
Any review ?
Pls suggest some good and latest choices

Map My India is very good for Indian roads.

You can use Waze on your Android phone. It's completely free of cost.
