Moto X all the way.....
It has the right size and the right curvature for awesomeness fit in the hand. Not to forget the stock Android experience and pretty useful motorola apps.

xiaomi mi3 is a huuge fad these days,people dont understand that all that glitters isnt gold,alot of reviews about xiaomi phones already have complaints about poor quality and service
