It doesn't matter if its old. It's as good as new moreover it's got more than one and a half year of warranty left and much more. So, the price is reasonable.

What's the "much more" part? Unless you're including a 16/32GB M2 card or a high quality stereo BT headset (DS980, Plantronics, Aliph Jawbone2), I don't see how you can ask for that much.
