Mobile for Internet!!! Plz Help!!!

i need to the cheapest mobile i can get just for using internet at home.. it shud hav gprs, edge and shud work as a modem so that i can surf internet in my pc... i prefer i a fone with separate usb and charging port so that the phone doesnt go out of charge while browsing... plz help guys....

guys can i use Nokia2760 for this purpose
