While these are the only parameters you need to access the Exchange mail but still few details will help. Are you using GPRS or wifi? If GPRS which kind of connection? Is it full internet? Were you able to access mail earlier on mobile?

I can sync my exchange mail perfectly on a Vodafone SIM. Are you sure the everything is OK from the admin end. Contact local IT help desk and then let us know! BTW what is the name of access point you using?

hi... I also thought about that and already talked with our IT guy. he told me that it may be problem of SSL setting, try to off and on the SSL setting. but I dont have this kind of setting in my phone rather a option called Secure connection, which I tried with both the option(On/Off).

hi... I am using our office mail to sync.

You have everything you need to sync. your mail but as I said the mobile access needs to be enabled from the admin side. Contact them to check if this is and your mail syncing will work. If successfully registered you should be able to view your device from webmail (picture).

When u give the emaill address for the first time it will ask ... THIS CONNECTION REQUIRES SSL or something like that

Are u giving the complete email address xyz@company.com

Also, try using ur gmail account once using Imap.. and then we can understand where the problem is.
