Mobile below 5k

My friend wants to buy a mobile phone in the range of 4k-5k. He will mainly use it to listen to music, send sms messages (so the keypad should be good), and talk a lot. He has looked at 3110c and samsung j150 and j700. He is particularly confused between the first two. I heard that there is a limit to the size of jar files which you can store in j150. Is is true? What are the drawbacks of both phones (3110c and j150)? As I have seen, the display and music of j150 is better, but the keypad of 3110c is better.

What do you people recommend?
