mobile below 4k

hi guys, i want ot buy a mobile phone below 4 k, my main concern is the battery back up. i will be mainly accessing internet through it in my pc. it may be single sim. i will prefer a nokia handset. help please.

@rajubiswal, check Nokia X2-02. But some Nokia (if not all) won't take charge through USB which can be a problem as mobile won't charge while you tether.
