Mini ITX based fanless PC config?

hi everyone,

i want to know about mini itx based fanless pc configuration under 15k.

my usage will be for basic computing as well as downloading via torrents. also intel based is preffered. i want install windows on it.

you can get an Intel based itx board and an ITX cabinet from cooler master.
>parts needed are
ITX board [has cpu and gpu onboard]
ram - possibly notebook type
Itx formfactor chasis - possibly cooler master
and yeah a Hard drive, depends on the chasis, you can also get a 2.5" drive
Will cost you lesser than 15k without peripherals like kb, mouse, display and UPS.

get intel atom dual core kit & 2gb laptop ddr3 ram(4gb if using 64bit windows 7 or 32bit windows with 30-40 tabs usually opened in browser).
