Should Droid Razr be considered even though Moto is shutting down India's ops?

I pretty much love the Moto, but with Moto shutting down operations, though still claiming to run the service centers, it's pretty confusing!

Also Xperia P has a mere 1300mAh battery which would simply ruin everything.
Also with a limited storage and videos being recorded at 1080p i'll just run out of storage instantly :/

And S3 Mini would lie around the 25k mark replacing the S2.
Also it seems like an S Advance in a body of S3. :/

you can have Galaxy Nexus from ManicaStore or eBay for ~22k, i last checked. Take Razr if you want a super slim mobile but can also go for Atrix 2. Same as razr but cheaper for not being super slim.

I saw a deal on Rediff offering Nexus for 20k, but if anything happens to it, will the Samsung provide service for it here in India?
Similar goes for Razr, Atrix 2 doesn't look great (which is why i am having difficulty accepting S Advance in the first place), will Moto provide services even after leaving India?

S Advance is the 2nd on my list after Droid razr :/
Its just absolutely boring to look at. Also Dev support doesn't bother me, i have read several S Advance users voicing up, a forum for it will be surely up in the future :D

The entire Xperia range is a FAIL! Though every phone in it is stunning. One lacks a 2ndary cam, one lacks storage, al lack battery backup. 1300mAh, seriously?
And the warranty/service is an issue which is why the best 2 phones in my range G Nexus & Droid Razr are so hard to choose :/
Apart the GS3 Mini which might fall out of my range into the GS2 range, is there any upcoming phone for which i should wait up?

Or just go with a no warranty GNexus or an S Advance?

Yeah..battery backup should have been improved on Xperia p..totally agreed..apart from battery backup, all features are great buddy..
If u ask me then don't look for warranty..get nexus straight away..nothing happens to the phone for the first year..yeah it's a risk.but you getting powerful nexus..i didn't have 20k ka budget..otherwise, I would have definitely gone for nexus. somewhat I had stretched my budget to 18k from 15k..lol

Even i bought my friend a Xperia P 2 days back for 21k :/
And i am amazed with the performance, but as expected he cries out for juice!
I'll definitely keep GNexus on top and force myself to go for it.
Though i have noticed recently that the GNexus website for India has been updating a bit slowly.

I mean, First there was no response to Register Now.
Then you could submit your EMail Id in a blank field.
Now in the empty field is marked as Email. Also after submission you are thanked in 5 different languages.
Fingers Crossed, I hope i can buy a Legit GNexus :|

what does it exactly mean by shutting down ops. They didnt state that they will close the service centers right?

Moto's head has announced that they will shut down all manufacturing & shipping in India. Now this means only those models that are in stock will be sold and service will be provided to existing customers.
That being said, do you practically think, spare parts etc would be readily available for Moto devices once the company has left. I might even get a service center 10km from home, but they might take months to fix a simple issue. So this is a doubtful scenario buying new Moto devices. Though Droid Razr shouts of toughness, some concern has been created :(

Xepria P is a good phone, apart from that you can have a look at One S as well which is the best buy right now for around 22.5k
