Mid-level graphics + gaming system
So hey everyone, thanks for your recommendations! I finally bought the following at PrimeABGB:
Intel DH67cl + Core i5 2400
G-skill F3-12800CL9S-4GBRL
SAPPHIRE HD 6850 1GB GDDR5 PCIE
Corsair CX500 psu
Seagate Barracuda 1TB
Coolermaster Elite 430
APC 650 VA ups
Belkin 4-plug surge protector
Zippys external hdd case
Windows Home Premium x64
BitDefender Internet Security 2011
Unfortunately, I can't connect my monitor to my cabinet.
These are the connectors on my Samsung monitor (I was using the rgb connector on the right):

These are the connectors on the cabinet, all dvi:

This is the cord I have with my monitor:

So I guess I would need to buy DVI cables. Are there any specific types or specs? For instance, there's the DVI 24+1 toDVI 24+1 Cable and the DVI 24+5 toDVI 24+5 Cable. Which one works here?

For motherboard get the Intel DH67VR-B3 motherboard @ 4.5K. It is available in deltapage.com and the itwares. This mobo is having better feature set than any of the mobo you've mentioned.
It has USB3.0 and Sata 3 6 Gbps support, HDMI output and most importantly 4 Ram slots with 32 GB ram support.
