Microsoft Bootstrapper problem

when i was installing Microsoft Office 2013 something went wrong and my pc hanged.After that the installation didn't worked well and stops, and Microsoft setup bootstrapper problem pops up. I havew tried in clean boot also to install but still same problem. Looked in net also for the solution but no solution yet.

clear all items in %temp% folder. also goto regedit to delete the office folder(provided you dont have any previous installations of earlier versions of office). then try re-installing.
you can post a screenshot of the error you are getting.(resize the screenshot to reduce size)
