Memory (latecy) problem

I have p3 800mhz, 128 mb sdram, running windows xp. Recentley I purchased additional new 128mb sdram 133(dobleside chip). system work fine but at time of program setup (especially compress file) I get error messege crc fail or file currupt. I also tried microsoft memory test but no error found. I herewith attached cpuz snapshot file. pls suggest me any solution

How did you correlate crc error in a corrupt zip file and memory timings :s ? Both have no correlation (unless you tweaked the memory timings of course).
Most probably your setup file or the .cab files are corrupted somehow. Re-acquire the program from whereever you acquired it from and run the setup again.

setup file is ok. Setup run smoothly using 128 mb ram but if I install 2 ram stick (128mb+128mb) I get error messege crc fail Or file currupt. pls suggest me another solution.
