Broken In
I use headphones a lot rather than external speakers. Sometimes the audio of some video/music/game.. is very high or very low, and every time I've to open the volume control or adjust it in the program itself. Is there any software which limits the audio output to some decibels no matter what is playing underneath, its ok if I've no control over the lower limit, but I should be able to control the upper limit.
