first things first stop using so many ........................
Also i want it to be as much future proof as possible in this budget and requirements...

Update: Motherboard must have HDMI port (for connecting with HDTV).
also do you think OP will go and upgrade to a 5th gen processor right after when he's asking for a basic PC? where's the logic :|

i read the requirement of op, he wanted future proofing...............which 9x series are...............and no give me a proper reason to stop using "............................."!

after some time 5th gen CPUs will be old. there's nothing like future proofing ;) specially at this budget :p

also '.......................' looks bad and irritating IMHO.

Well that was quick, that magic button does work.

hmm now its kinda become habit so cant do, also i really don't understand what is so irritating for using few dots ...
I know it looks unprofessional but do we have to use formal language/salutation while posting in this forum ??

The magic button does work. Sometimes it takes time, but it does work. ;)

Well, no, you can be informal where you have to and it's ok for a few instances. But when you try to do it more than once, it seems that it's being done on intent to provoke. And if so many people have similar views about your dot habit, you should have given it "some" attention.

There are some more but similar things which are not written in some rule book, but becomes common sense to online community:
1. Using CAPITAL LETTERS (implies shouting)
2. Using different unrelated colors and font size (looks childish)
3. Quoting a large post or images without putting it in spoiler
4. Using Comic Sans font (its just... bad... don't even need a reason)

Also, using three dots (which implies ellipses [...]) is common where we want to denote "etc", but using long string of dots doesn't really signify anything. So it just distracts others while they try to find meaning from your post.

Again, this doesn't come under any "rules" rather just common ethics while writing something online.

nobody should interfere in one's post regarding how and what is written dont like so many dots dont see it. it's simple as that but if one is off topic and trolling then its different.
