mac osx bootscreens u can get from various eye candy sites like themesxp.org and wincustomize.com
if u have flyakite installed u already have a mac os screen
the file is called ntoskrnl.exe and its places in ur c:\windows or c:\windows\system32 directory
do NOT mess with this file since u can render ur system unbottable
ofcourse there are ways to recover it too
i suggest u use software like logonui (which replaces the .exe file and hence i dun recomend it )
or LOGONSTUDIO from stardock ( which does nuthin to the EXE hence i recommend this to everyone )
besides there are some awesome themes for the latter
