Just a new phone. Everything was perfect, then after the last update, hotspot is not working at all. I use Airtel and Vodafone. Internet sharing works over "bluetooth", but whenever I tried over Wifi, it gave me the error "internet sharing isn't currently available". I've tried almost everything possible, and after reset, it just worked once (before adding email accounts). There is no way of deleting the default APN, or adding more than one APN. Don't know what to do really.
I had never faced these kind of issues with android.

The problem is fixed.
changed the region and checked it wasn't the issue. The phone name doesn't support special characters (in my case bengali fonts). If someone is facing the same issue, its just that the phone/owner name should be in English fonts. Relief at last (well, kind off).
