I have the same CPU + Mobo + RAM , would advise to make the following changes.

Corsair Value 4 GB DDR3 1333Mhz RAM for 1.1k

HDD - 500 GB ok but if you have an older one [ however small ] , try using it , HD Prices quite high now.

Zebronics Bijli + PSU . Yes , bundled PSU are not that good but this one will suffice for such a config.

The processor is excellent for running 24x7 , my CPU runs at ~ 35C or lower throuhgout the day even though outside temperature is supposed to be 40 C :|

get intel pentium G620 for ~3500 & gigabyte GA-H61M-D2-B3 for ~3000 with rest same.G620 is stripped down version of i3 2100 with features such as hyperthreading disabled but it still is faster than any amd dual core not to mention it is just 35W TDP processor so very low power usage.

not a newbie.....
If and only if possible, get pandaboard and run Linux. But I guess the software you will be using won't run on Linux.

And Corsair CX 430 V2 won't be available on flipkart. When I asked, they said they might never stock it in the future.

BMG ftw!!
AMD A6-3670K @6K
MSI A75MA-G55 @5.5K
Corsair Value Select 4GB RAM @1.2K
Corsair CX430V2 @2.3K
Asus DVD Writer Black @1.1K
Local Intex/Frontech cabinet @1K (at max) [You won't be needing any good cabinet]
Logitech Z313 @1.6K
Keyboard: Logitech K200 @0.5K
Acer 15.6" Led @ 3.9K

Total: 23.1K

If you don't need speakers, then exclude LogitechZ313.

AMD E350 iTX Board Combo -4600 @ delta
DigiLite AMD E350 iTX Board with Processor : DL-AHD1S-K - www.deltapage.com

and other component as stated by the members ..

Guys, being an AMD fanboy and saw many reviews on many other sites though intel pentium G620 is faster, I want to go for AMD as I don't see good mobo's for LGA 1155 at current prices

I took a cm instead of genric because they are bad, poor metal and get dusty  easily
I want it to run maintainance free
But should I go for SSD's instead of HDD?
the prices are almost same
btw, I asked my local computer shop for SSD and he said
"what S-S-D?" There is nothing like that
okay check now
but PLS ANSWER THIS

If I buy in Flipkart, where do I service, warranty, etc

AMD Athlon II 260 Processor | Rs. 3366

G.Skill NT 4 GB RAM| Rs. 1282
Corsair CMPSU-430CXV2UK 430 Watts PSU|Rs. 2536
Cooler Master Elite 311 Mid Tower Cabinet (Red)|Rs. 2190
HDD | Rs. 4500
Monitor | Rs. 3850
UPS | Rs. 2000
Logitech K200 | Rs. 420
Total |Rs. 22741

Thanks for info, is there any other site to buy it, and how do I ask for bill if i order from eBay???

I will run W7 and the software runs on windows only...

^^It'll be better to go for a G620 based configuration as it performs way better than Athlon II 260. Even if you buy from flipkart you'll get service from any authorised service centre provided you retain the bill.

what exactly do you mean by this?gigabyte ~3000 H61 mobo has more feature than GA-78LMT you are panning to buy.also good feature in mobo now includes usb3,sata3 etc which are of not much use for a pc mainly doing printing & running billing software.

BMG ftw!!
In your budget, (i.e. 23K) adding SSD to your config is very hard.
And think about the quad core APU A6 based config suggested by me in my previous post.
