what exactly do you mean by this?gigabyte ~3000 H61 mobo has more feature than GA-78LMT you are panning to buy.also good feature in mobo now includes usb3,sata3 etc which are of not much use for a pc mainly doing printing & running billing software.

Hey Thanks I was also thinking the same but a new "B3" revision was released because of a glitch in H61 sata connection, google it and even flipkart (here)
has also created H61 (B3)

now which one should I buy?
Are there any other websites other than flipkart??

that problem was discovered in jan 2011 & only in H67/P67/Q67 mobos.you are getting H61 & even if one is buying H67 mobo there is almost zero chance that he will get any revision other than B3 since intel immediately stopped production of faulty revision & started recalling faulty boards.

but there is some info abt this in asus mobo's product page:

you didn't read carefully.only H67/P67/Q67 mobos are affected(revision B2).H61 was never manufactured in revision B2 but only B3.all H61 mobos are B3 only so it does not matter whether it is there in name or not.some company put it some don't.also intel started shipping B3 version from 14th feb 2011 & it is now may 2012 so only mobos in market now are B3 version only unless someone is keeping a faulty B2 mobo from jan 2011.

yes it is safe.2gb ram is enough for your usage but if difference is not much you can also get 4gb for future if you want to run 64bit windows.also as i said earlier any dual core processor can run windows 7 so G620 can run windows 7 & even the upcoming windows 8 too.
