The rig is a bit modified from desiJATT's config.
Dell st2220l has hdmi.If you don't need hdmi then go with benq g2222hdl and save 1k.
NZXT source 210 elite is a better cabinet than cm elite 210 but if money is a constraint then you can opt for cm eilte 310.
To reduce cost you can opt for 500GB HDD instead of 1TB.
Also if possible leave the speaker for now,buy it later.This would bring the cost within your limit.
For a more balanced 2nd gen i5 based rig increase the budget by a bit say around 5k more or cut down on some parts like speaker and hdd.
