Low budget Mobile Phone?

I lost my phone few days back, I like to buy phone low budget, my preference is dual sim with alphanumeric below 4k....

Nokia Asha 210 seems good..It has premium feel & has wifi & a decent display, but its qwerty not alphanumeric..
Nokia asha 206 is another dual-sim option..it has alphanumeric keypad, but its a very basic phone..just for calls, messaging, internet, music, etc..
