Xperia Tipo will cost a bit more than 8k. If you can extend budget go for it. Else HTC Explorer is one to get.

dont go for ace bad resolution and old arm v6 processor else go for live with walkman or you can also see huwaei ideos pro

Samsung Galaxy Chat can be yours for 8k. Screen resolution is low but this phone will receive official JB update soon.

if you can spend 8k, add 2k more and get Huawei Ascend G300. It has Android 4.0 and community support too.
