Looking for a VFM HomeTheatre

I'm looking for suggestions for a VFM home theater. Would be good if i can get BD support and throw anything via USB for playback.

Help me with your suggestions. Also, I came across this LG-HB806TM. Let me know if this is quite the one i'm looking for....

30k max, the lesser the better. M not a big soundboy fan, but connectivity and features.
