Looking for a silent fan.....

Hi guys.. Im looking for a silent, low (or no) noise 120mm non-LED fan to cool my HDDs... I've found this CoolerMaster R4-C2R-12AC-GP
But just want to know- is this fan really silent ?
DO u guys have any other suggestion ? I want very very, as much as silent as possible.. Im sick of this local 8cm black fan that gives headache...
And by the way which thing to look in specs to know how silent is fan? Low the dB-A, more silent is the fan? Whats the meaning of High volume low speed ?
How much price is expected for this CM fan ? Oe do u guys suggest something else ?

low dB-A rating means silent fan,u shud look for fans under 25dB-A .
and high volume means the amount of air volume it can push...more is good.
Hav u tried the Asus q-fan profile that ur mobo supports....choose silent fan profile then u wont hear 80mm fan
