I want to buy Logitech Z103 for my LCD TV.

First thing I want to know is the quality of these speakers, is it good. I have Samsung 5 series LCD TV and am not very happy with the sound. These speakers have just 17 watt RMS. So I don't think the subwoofer would be quite powerful (I have a creative 2.1 with 21 watt RMS).
But there is a problem. My TV setup is such that it is not possible to keep the woofer on the floor and obviously I can't keep it in front of the TV. But there is space at the back of the TV. That's the reason I have selected this speaker because it is very small (in fact the smallest subwoofer I have seen).
So, my second question is, is it a good idea to keep the subwoofer behind the TV? Would the sound be affected?
