Please post Pros and Cons of the Lightscribe technology...Urgent

adv----> use of marker pens is avoided ,using marker pens may damage the CD

disadv -----> light scrib capable DVD writers are costly

Like paul_007 said, lightscribe writers are expensive. Also the lightscribe supported media is expensive & quite rare & the marks made on the media dissappear after some time = waste of money

I would advice u to go 4 a normal writer.......as i feel that this technology has more Cons than Pros

Stay away form lightscribe:
>slow, tedieous, painful, expensive media<hurts everywhere >
>fades esp in sunlight
>write with a soft marker, you can never go wrong
