So order of events need to be figured out. The trajectory of Banner through the movie seems to be very interesting. He starts off with Thor, then is present with Strange and Stark at NYC, and ends up with Team Cap on Wakanda as well... how he does all this is a puzzle. Another question is how the Avengers and the Guardians end up on the Orange Planet. It is unknown if the Orange Planet is Titan or Xandar. Although Xandar looks Blue in GoTG, it the Collector showing the Celestials destroying worlds also showed that a planet could change its colour after the process. Also, the entire planet could be the Soul Stone.

Infinity War would have been cooler, as the comics have an even larger cast. Adam Warlock, Quasar, Starfox, Silver Surfer, Wolverine and Cyclops are all heavily involved too, as well as Lady Death and Mephisto. Nebula gets even more tortured than she is shown in the movies. Thanos really makes half the people in the universe disappear with a snap of his fingers. Hawkeye is one of these people. It's freaking epic.
I feel now MCU lost a serious opportunity by pushing out this story line before the X-Men came on board

Galactus will eventually make his way into the MCU. Marvel Studios will have all the rights to themselves by 2019. Essentially, X-men: Dark Phoenix is the last Marvel movie from Fox.
