Asus or Lenovo? plz help me

Am planning to buy a laptop under 45K.
found these 4 models n confused between Asus and lenovo.
As HP has got many manufacturing problems i don't think ill buy a HP. but according to many sites Asus has good Reliability and value for money, but heard that Asus ASS(after Sale Service) in india isn't upto the mark.
so while Browsing i found new Z580 series of Lenovo featurewise, lookwise its comparable to Asus,
plz help me to choose between these two.

i don't Care about extra 3K or less HD space and 1Gb grafics
I want 1.Good performance
2.Value for money
3.Reliability and Durability
4.good after Sale Service

If any one experience with LENOVO plz help me.
Do Lenovo/IBM have same build quality as of Asus ??
