LCD TV query

Hi
I'll be buying a LCD TV within a week or two. However the more I read about them the more I get confused over which one to get. Someone with first hand experiences or good info please help me out.

My requirements:
Brand: Preferably Sony or Samsung.
Size: Prefer 40-42 (but 32" with very good spec might suffice too)
Budget: 60-65K at most (of course if good cheaper options available would prefer that)

Don't care about response times, I would rarely be using it for gaming.

I was torn between Sony and Samsung when I decided to buy an LCD TV six months ago. But in the end, I settled for the latter because of the quality and price. The picture clarity was so good that you can't tell the difference between the two and the clincher was the price eventually. Samsung is much cheaper. Many consider it as one of the best LCD TV on the market right now.
