IM AS MAD AS HELL!!
Earlier on my pc i was useing DVI-D cable for my monitor (T2200HD Benq) running at 1920x1080p then everything was fine , but recently when i needed DVI-D cable for Playstation 3 i have to choose VGA .

i started noticing that the screen is flickring like CRT monitors . the refresh rate shows 60Hz at 1920x1080 .

I use nVIDIA 8400GS non overclocked

are there any problem ?

Some times forcing the resolution leads to decrease in refresh rate which is not good and stresses the monitor. Better shift it to a lower resolution.

Also make sure the card is getting proper supply of fresh air. A problem with heat dissipation can cause similar issues.

^^ It should. Playing high def is another story.
@ max demon: Based on what you said, issue is on the VGA. Try to borrow a vga card and see if you are getting the same issue from there. If you are not, the flickering vga needs to be fixed.
