I have a old laptop not being used just because it doesn't detect any hdd, showed to local service center, said need to replace some chip on it however, not available in the market.. rest of the things of laptop is fine, I even have 1 500GB hdd in spare as earlier I thought its hdd died. Now I have two option .. 1. replace is motherboard .. 2. Find a workaround..
I am thinking to use 64 GB pendrive to run OS on it.. is there any other way to make it usable ?I already have a 32GB PD at my disposal.
