Laptop upgradation - help me

I have Dell Inspiron 1505

(1) 160gb Hdd - need bigger may be 500gb suggest me one for this model
(2) External HDD which can be use as internal HDD means daily use. Tranfer rate should be great and need approx 1TB for sure
(3) Suggest me Ram price for 4gb module
(4) Suggest me good graphic card for this model

1. You can try seagate momentus series 500gb will cost you around 4500
2.
3.Even you install 4gb ram Dell E1505 can only use 3.25~3.5gb of ram .This is the limitation of motherboard not OS.
4.You cant upgrade graphics card on laptop if your lappy has integrated graphics atm.
If you have discrete gfx, the max you can get is ati x1400 specific to E1505 , try ebay.com.
