Laptop Internal HDD Suggestions.

My laptop Internal HDD just gone dead. Need to replace it with a new one. Please suggest suitable options in 500 GB category.

Budget - 3K

I have following two in mind.

1. Samsung Spinpoint M8 500 Gb - 2 Years Warranty.
2. Hitachi Travelstar 500 GB - 3 Years Warranty.

I shall be buying online.

Why cannot you go for this:
WD 500GB Blue(WD5000LPVT) -2 Years Warranty -8MB Cache or
Hitachi Travel star 500GB -3 Years Warranty -8MB Cache.

I am more inclined towards Hitachi Travel star 500GB as i'll be getting 3 years warranty. But its not available online anywhere, except flipkart where it is out of stock.
